Clean, spacious, quiet room. Easy to book shuttle to airport. Perfect one night stay to reach airport in the morning.

Room was fine overall. One complaint was the staff being unhelpful with the airport shuttle. Their comment was “it’s a third party service, just scan the QR code to book it”. Well, there was no mention anywhere the pickup point was at the bus stop, not at the hotel entrance. We’re going outside to wait for the shuttle and the man on duty doesn’t say a word. We missed the shuttle and ended up ordering an Uber. It would have helped if the sign about the shuttle or the shuttle service indicating the pickup location. The hotel restaurant wasn’t very good either.

I was able to check in early which was amazing. Staff were helpful with booking the public shuttle to the airport for the next morning. Plus, the breakfast in the morning was amazing!

Stayed here for one night for early flight out of Munich airport. Hotel no longer has shuttle so 25-35 euro taxi/uber...public transportation too but we didn't go that route. We asked about sauna while checking in and told it was turned on at 5 (it was 6:00 pm) but he would check on it right away. It wasn't on, we went to the front desk and told again it would be turned on and in 20 mins it would be good to go. That didn't happen either we gave up. Hotel was not busy ...we were told that upon check in...so not sure what happened. Food at restaurant just okay not that I expect much from airport hotel but it was overcooked and dry at dinner and breakfast. At almost $300 for the night it wasn't very good value.
