Lovely stay!

Rolled into Big Mama for the skating marathon, and rolled out 5 nights later. David at reception? Absolute legend. Gave me advice with a wink, connections with a grin, and the kind of tips you definitely won’t find on TripAdvisor.

My stay at Big Mama Berlin was great. The hotel is just a 10-minute walk from Osloer Str. Metro Station, which connects easily to Alexanderplatz and the city center.
I recommend downloading the BVG app — it makes buying tickets super easy. A single ride costs €3.80.
Breakfast is simple but good. The Wi-Fi had some interruptions at night.
The linens, including the towels, are excellent. The hotel’s café is a nice bonus — they serve fresh espressos, cappuccinos, and macchiatos right at the bar with a proper machine.
The best part is the hotel’s interior design — stylish and creative throughout. They also rent bikes.
Highly recommended!
