Perfect Holidays and Exceptional Service in Golem

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel in Golem. Everything was perfect, starting with the warm hospitality of the staff and the exceptional cleanliness of the facilities. The rooms were modern, comfortable, and equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The breakfast was rich and delicious, while the service was fast and professional.
The location is ideal, very close to the beach and in a quiet area where you can fully enjoy your vacation. The staff paid special attention to every request and made us feel at home. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to families, couples, and anyone looking for a high-quality holiday on the Albanian coast. I will definitely come back again!

Our stay at Royal G Max wasn't really what I was expecting. First of all, we booked a standard double room but upon checking in they gave us a very small and tight room. It wasn't what was advertised. Complained to loveholidays and fortunately they were able to upgrade us into a family room with much bigger space and a sea view. Secondly, food served during our all inclusive stay was really good. There's nothing much to complain apart from the repetitive breakfast, the drinks you have to queue for a bit longer because it wasn't self service, and the limited option for the alcoholics. Lastly, I question the sanitation quality of room because I had plenty of bed bug bites during our stay. They don't even provide cover for duvets. The quality of room cleaning is questionable as one time they just left the duvet on top of our luggage with a big roll of rubbish bag. It was as if the cleaning was done in a rush.
Overall, our stay did not meet the quality of a hotel that claims to be a 5 star. However, I commend Sabina, the receptionist, for helping us resolve our issues despite being very busy.

Great Experience

We had a wonderful stay at Royal G Max Hotel & Spa. The hotel was clean and well maintained, and the staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, making it a great place to unwind and enjoy a comfortable break.
Overall, we had a very positive experience and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, warm hospitality, and good service. We would be happy to stay here again.

Very disappointing experience and poor customer service

Very disappointing experience and poor customer service
Upon arrival we were given a room with only one double bed and a baby cot. After a long discussion at reception, we were moved to an apartment for one night and assured that a suitable room would be provided the next day.
The next day, instead of resolving the issue, we were told that we had to pay extra for the apartment. Even worse, we were moved into a room designed for only three people, despite the fact that we are four. Once again, we were promised that a proper room would be available the following day.
On the third day, after being repeatedly assured that a solution would be found, I returned to reception and was simply told: "It's not possible." No apology, no alternative, no attempt to help.
The room itself is far too small for four people. There is barely enough space to move around, let alone comfortably spend several days here as a family.
What makes this experience particularly frustrating is the complete lack of professionalism and honesty. We were given promises every day, only to be ignored the next. The staff seemed more interested in getting us off their backs than actually resolving the problem.
We chose this hotel expecting a reasonable level of service and customer care. Instead, we received misleading information, additional unexpected charges, and accommodation that does not match the needs of the number of guests on the reservation.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience deserves one. I would not recommend this hotel to families, especially if you expect the room you booked and honest communication from the staff.

Not a 5 ✨ hotel

The hotel overall was good. It was veryclean, the location was good, the room was good . But the food ‍♀️. That eas the most tastles food we ever had. The meat usually was overcooked and tje vegetables were undercooked. And most of the food was tasteless. We went for an all inclusive but we had to find a nice restaurant around the hotel to br able to eat something nice. That was really frustrating tbh.
The entertainment was very nad too. There was no music around the pool or furing the night so at some stage o thought we are at the retirement house .
Would i go back there again? The answer is absolutely no
But the hotel was very very clean and when ever ive asked something from yhe reception, they brought it straight away
