Advised. Very close to the beach, in our case room on the ground floor, equipped with the necessary and comfortable. Very kind staff, in particular I congratulate Ola, very nice and always available. Barbecue and bar available on the panoramic terrace. They know how to make you feel at home. For Italians.... They can speak Italian so don't worry. Fair prices even in high season.

Kudos to the hosts, very hospitable and pleasant people, exceptional accommodation. Everything is clean, tidy with spacious terraces. Always smiling and always there to help in the apartment and if you need anything in Ksamil! All recommendations!

Cheap, clean, very close to amazing beaches, excellent service.

Stayed there for four nights during June 2022 for working remotely and enjoying the great beaches nearby. Very clean, safe for solo female travelers, reasonable cheap prices,excellent service and hospitality. They were so kind and offered me a bigger, more expensive room even that I have reserved for a smaller cheaper ones as I stayed there not during the peak season and they had a lot of free rooms. Highly recommend for the people who want to visit some of the most amazing beaches in Albania with very reasonable prices.

Bello appartamento. Buono persone. Raccomandato. The beat appartamento in ksamil. 300 m fro the sea. The power are so helpfull. Tarace with amazing view. You can contact the owner for any problem. Are an amazing family.
