Except bathroom it was excellent stay
Else staff and food is very excellent, opposite to Metro very convenient. we enjoyed and now it will be our destination in Delhi and we will call and ask that allocate the room with good bathroom.

Starting with the good — the room was impeccably clean and the food was genuinely delicious. The staff generally showed great hospitality and one of them even approached me to provide written feedback, which I appreciated.
However, there were multiple issues that just couldn’t be overlooked. The room had very poor lighting, making it feel dim and a bit gloomy. In the bathroom, all the fittings were extremely loose — they would literally fall off while taking a shower or washing hands, which was very frustrating. Another letdown was the decoration; what was discussed initially was not what was eventually set up, and that was disappointing.
Also, they insisted on full payment upfront, which felt unreasonable considering the experience. What’s worse, no one followed up with a call or message to ask about the stay afterward.
Overall, while the hospitality and cleanliness were commendable, the lack of attention to detail and customer service in key areas brought down the whole experience.
