A truly special place to stay when visiting Merida

It starts with the location, which offers both peace and a sense of security while keeping you close to everything happening in the city center.
The attention to detail throughout every corner of this hotel is remarkable. The lighting and architecture beautifully honor Yucatecan culture while incorporating modern and elegant touches. The lush greenery, pool, and common areas feel like a warm embrace for the soul.
Without a doubt, I would choose to stay at Casa Querida every single time.

A Hidden Gem in the Heart of Mérida

My stay was incredible from start to finish. I traveled with friends seeking a few days of rest and to enjoy Mérida, and this hotel was the perfect place for that.
The location is ideal, in the Santiago neighborhood, one of the most authentic and beautiful corners of the city center. Super connected, perfect for walking around to cafés, restaurants, galleries, and enjoying the essence of the city.
The hotel has a beautiful design, with a perfect blend of elegance and nature. The jungle garden creates a unique atmosphere, full of peace and freshness, and the pool is simply beautiful, ideal for relaxing after exploring the city.
You can really notice the care in every detail: the art, the decoration, the lighting, and the harmony of the spaces make everything feel very special. Additionally, Santiago took incredible care of us throughout the stay, always attentive and kind.
Without a doubt, we will return. A place with a lot of charm that we totally recommend for experiencing an authentic and relaxing time in Mérida. ✨

I felt at home, my dear.

House dear, it's those kinds of places where you feel comfortable from the entrance. A space designed for enjoyment and where time passes without realizing it.
It's full of little details that make you feel like you're important.
Beautiful greenery surrounds the rooms which are spacious and very comfortable.
I loved it on my next trip to Merida it will be my home!!
The staff is very friendly too.

I had never been to Mérida before, and honestly, the experience surprised me in the most beautiful way. Casa Querida is one of those places that instantly slows you down… everything feels calm and peaceful, yet you’re still close to everything. Mérida itself has something special—like time moves a little slower and invites you to take in every detail.
The house is filled with thoughtfully curated objects and decor, but it never feels pretentious—everything is authentic, warm, and familiar… like you’ve somehow been there before.
And Santiago, the host, has such a special energy. He brings a sense of calm and trust that makes everything flow effortlessly. You can really feel the care behind this place. He’s truly created a little treasure in the heart of the city.
