A series of carefully planned improvements will be undertaken to further elevate the guest experience, with completion targeted for early December 2026. Timelines remain subject to change depending on project progress, supply chain factors, and weather conditions. A clearer indication of final scope and completion timing will be provided closer to project completion.The programme will include revitalisation of selected villas, with all villa categories benefiting from the addition of private pools, refreshed interior design, and an elevated overall ambiance. The updated concept will introduce brighter aesthetics, refined finishes, lighter colour palettes, and carefully curated furnishings to enhance space, comfort, and sophistication.The uplift will be executed in carefully planned phases to ensure a seamless guest experience. During this period, villas located on Reef, Sunset, North, Coral, and Turtle Beach will be temporarily unavailable. All works will be conducted efficiently and managed discreetly, with activities contained within designated areas fully separated from operational villas and guest facilities. Guest accommodation will be allocated away from work zones to maintain privacy, comfort, and tranquillity throughout the stay.Work will be carried out seven days a week, with timings varying depending on the stage of the project. Minimal noise impact is anticipated, as works will be confined to specific areas of the island. Visual impact will be limited through phased execution and careful site management.Appropriate machinery will be utilised in line with project requirements.No uplift works will take place in public areas. Key facilities including the Beach Club, Spa, Gym, Pool, KidsOnly, beach facilities, dive and excursion services, as well as retail and sports facilities will remain fully operational.During this period, Fanditha restaurant will be temporarily closed; however, its menu will be available at the Reethi complex to ensure continuity of dining experiences. Private dining venues including Reethi Ah-Li, the Tree House, and the Lawn Club will also be closed, with alternative arrangements available. All other dining venues will continue to operate as usual.Preview of the upgraded villas will be available upon completion in line with brand standards.This enhancement programme reflects a continued commitment to delivering exceptional standards and unforgettable guest experiences associated with One & Only Reethi Rah. Considering the privacy, the resort prohibits the operation of drones on the island. 【Transportation】Seaplane or speedboat transfers are available, depending on the package you have ordered. 【Fee Details】For One Way Shared Luxury Boat: USD 630 per adult(12 yrs old and above), USD 314 per child( 4-11.99 yrs old). Complimentary for infants (0-3.99 yrs old).
